When the food came, it was each beautifully plated and the ribeye steak was perfect. The server said that they poach the steak first in butter and then put it on the wood fired grill. It was perfect Flavorful and blackened on the outside and red and juicy on the inside. The bacon topped creamed spinach worked well as a side. After the meal, the table got a bag of caramel popcorn. Thats such a nice touch Id highly recommend this if you need to treat yourself to something nice. Its pricey but worth it.
